Eyal has a diverse experience in structuring, negotiating, drafting and implementing complex transactions, both local and global, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance and Collateral Transactions, Investments, Capital and Debt Raisings, Joint Ventures and Debt Settlements.
Eyal has an extensive experience in representing private and public-traded companies, operating in various fields, and stakeholders in such companies, including shareholders, officers and directors. Eyal accompanies them in their strategic transactions, on all corporate and commercial aspects of their ongoing operations and in their discussions with the competent authorities and regulators.
Eyal is one of the pioneers attorneys who developed in Israel a legal practice that provides a holistic-comprehensive service in the blockchain and cryptocurrency spaces, including with respect to Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), Mining Activities and Transactions, Cryptocurrency’s Transactions and Cryptocurrency International Regulation and Compliance.
Eyal holds Law (LLB & LLM) and Economics (BA) degrees (Cum Laude), from the University of Haifa (2008).
Eyal is admitted to practice law in Israel (2009).
